VIP Membership & Monthly Credits
How do my monthly credits work?
Your VIP plan refreshes your balance to 50 credits at the start of every month for the duration of your subscription. These monthly credits do not roll over — any credits left from the previous month are cleared when the new month's credits are added, so be sure to use them before each refresh.
What about diamonds I purchased separately?
Diamonds you buy directly (diamond packs and bundles) are yours to keep. They are never removed by the monthly refresh and carry over until you use them.
